1. Always use print preview to view your material before
you print it. Doing so will ensure that you are printing the
exact material you need, and can inspect it for errors before
you pay for it.
2. The lab staff are not responsible for incorrect print
outs and do not have the ability to refund money.
3. If there was a technical malfunction with the printer,
i.e. out of paper, poor ink quality, please see administrative
staff to have the job reprinted. Please take a copy of the
partially printed document to the lab staff and please provide
them with time and location information.
4. If you are seeking reimbursement for printing issues please
contact Campus

5. If the system is offline please save work to your network
drive. You should have access in most of the computer labs.
6. You must use a valid SandDollar or SandPaper card to access
the system.
7. You must use your unique UserID and Password to retrieve
your job at the print terminal
