SandPaper has been implemented at TAMU-CC as a method of cost recovery and to add new printing benefits for students. Print prices have been set low enough that the system will likely never make a profit, only help offset the immense cost associated with student printing.

A majority of your "Student Computer Use Fee" pays for laboratory maintenance and administrative staff. Take note that printing costs were not included in this fee.
